Most homeowners desire a lush and green lawn (although they rarely like to mow it), but there are not many quality options available in the region. 

That is why we use our quality black Peat Moss, which is the base of our garden soil, and add sandy loam to make an easy-to-install soil that will retain enough moisture to keep your grass growing with minimal watering. Just be sure to add at least 4" thick for the best results. 

Growing a lawn can be hard work, but when you start with our quality soil, you will likely call us to complain that you must mow it twice a week!

Uses: 

• New Lawns.
• Patching areas of lawn.
• Top dressing lawns.

Since the soil is 100% natural with no added chemicals, we cannot guarantee it to be weed-free. However, because of the careful process to keep the product protected and ensure that the compost has fully matured, it is unlikely that weeds will overwhelm your garden.

Get It Bagged: This product is delivered in one of our cubic yard bags. It will be delivered by a dump truck and can only be delivered to your front yard or driveway. Please be aware of any overhead lines, trees, etc., to ensure that the drop site will be suitable for the delivery. The price includes the purchase of the bag. The bag can be returned but cannot be refunded.

Bag Return: You can keep the bag and use it around the home or return the bag to our store at 180 River Road.
