Road crush gravel, also known as crushed stone or gravel, is a mixture of sand and rocks that can be used for a variety of landscaping and construction projects: 

• Base or levelling material: When wet and compacted, road crush gravel can be used as a base or levelling material for hardscapes and landscape structures like decks, patios, retaining walls, and walkways. 
• Driveways: Road crush gravel can be used as a base for asphalt, concrete, or gravel driveway. 
• Potholes: Road crush gravel can be used to fill in potholes in driveways. 
• Artificial turf: Road crush gravel can be used as a base for artificial turf. 
• Pavement: Road crush gravel can be used as an aggregate for pavement. 
• Ready-mix concrete: Road crush gravel can be used as an aggregate for ready-mix concrete.

Installation Instructions:

1. Spread the gravel in 2-4" thick uniform "lifts."
2. Add water with a garden hose to moisten the gravel, but do not overwater.
3. Compact with a plate packer in two directions, at least twice each direction. 
4. Add another lift if required, or add the next product, such as decorative driveway gravel or bedding sand for paving stones.
